Easter Basket Cake

I didn't have time to take a better picture... but here's my Easter Basket cake! Pretty simple...just bake a regular white cake. Before placing the top layer on the bottom layer, cut a hole in the top layer to resemble the top of a basket. Place the top layer w the hole on top of the bottom layer and finish frosting. The "Easter Grass" is shredded coconut, mixed with green & yellow food coloring. Decorate as desired. It was fun and my son REALLY loved all the different candy on the cake! : )
