Mini M&M Cookies

These cookies are festive for any occasion! Not only are they EASY to make, they're FAST to make if you don't have much time. They're also inexpensive.. you probably have most of the ingredients already!  

Mini M&M Cookies

Ingredients: 

3/4 cup Butter Crisco

1 1/4 cup brown sugar

2 TBSP vanilla (Yes, 2 TBSP!)

1 egg

1 3/4 cup flour

1 tsp salt

3/4 tsp baking soda

3/4 of 10 oz. bag of Mini M&M's

Directions:

Heat oven to 375 degrees.

Combine first 4 ingredients into mixing bowl and beat until creamy.

Beat in egg.

Combine next 3 ingredients and beat.

Stir in M&M's.

Drop rounded TBSP of dough on baking sheet 3 inches apart.

Bake 9-12 minutes. 

Makes 52 2" cookies.

Tip: If you don't have a cookie dough scoop then you need to get one! It takes baking cookies to a whole new level. This gadget TOTALLY cuts the time it takes to bake cookies in half! Here's mine:
